Privacy policy
This policy covers the Endorse UK waitlist. It is short because we collect very little: your email address, and a record that you agreed to hear from us. There is nothing else.

Who we are
Endorse UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17352398, registered office 2 Juer Street, London SW11 4RF. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC204287. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. What we collect
If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date and time you joined, a record that you ticked the consent box, and a copy of the exact wording you agreed to. We keep that wording so that if we ever change it, we can still show what you personally agreed to. We do not ask for your name, and we do not ask for anything else.
Why we collect it
Only to email you when the product opens up. We will not send you marketing about anything else, we will not sell or share your address, and we will not pass it to any third party for their own purposes.
Our lawful basis
Consent. You gave it by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@endorseuk.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and we will delete your address rather than simply stopping the emails.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising technology, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you choose to submit the form. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
Where your data is stored
In a database hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union. Our website is served by Netlify. Both act as our data processors under contract. When you submit the form our server briefly reads your IP address to limit how many times the form can be submitted in a short period; it is held in memory for a few minutes and is never written to the database.
How long we keep it
Until the product opens up and we have contacted you, or for 24 months from the date you joined, whichever comes first. After that we delete your address. If the product never launches, we will delete the list and tell you we have done so.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent — at any time, without giving a reason. Email info@endorseuk.com and we will act on it within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy
Please tell us first, and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information we will update this page and, where the change is significant, email everyone on the list. This policy will be replaced entirely before accounts, endorsements or shareable profiles become available, because those involve very different information.
